Hello, Crossroads Family!
Yes, I’m still on vacation … and plan to be until Sunday morning! Thanks for your prayers and for covering bases while I’ve had time to recoup and work on other things.
A couple reminders below about this coming weekend. I’m looking forward to being with you!
Picnic following this Sunday’s worship service.
We’ll worship at 10:00 at the Community Center this Sunday. I’m looking forward to the fellowship, learning, and worship that are part of our Sunday mornings. Then, don’t forget, everyone is invited to the Vestals’ home for hot dogs, yard games, visiting, and swimming immediately following the service. If you’re able, please bring a side and/or dessert. Hot dogs, buns, condiments, and paperware will be provided. We have some people who will be baptized while we’re there!
Alex & Emily are moving! Can you help this Saturday?
Alex and Emily and Dean are moving this Saturday morning into a new house on the south side of Nevada. Could you lend a hand sometime between 7 a.m. and noon? They would appreciate it and will provide drinks and snacks. Meet up with them at their current residence, 320 N. Spring Street. Thanks for lending hearts and hands!
